Daming is one of the big enterprises manufacturing precision castings in China with an area of 30000 m2, We have more than 500 workers and staff members, and more than 50 technicians.
Our company specializes in the manufacture of precision investment castings, such as all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, ductile cast iron etc., which are trucks parts, Railway and pipeline parts, marine parts, construction machine parts, Auto. and Motor castings, and other High precision metal parts, etc. We produce parts for construction machinery, our excavator bucket teeth is suitable for caterpillar, komatsu, Hitachi, Hyundai, Daewoo, Kobelco, Jcb, Esco, Case, Tata and so on.
We are one of the oldest casting factories in south of china with an annual production capacity of 25000 tons. Since 1978, we have been providing the customers at home and abroad with good quality products and have enjoyed high reputation. We are approved for GL, ISO 9001 and England Lloyd's Register, Korean Lloyd's Register,TS 16949 and so on.
At present, we have 14 sets of Induction furnace and have completed equipment facilities. For example, Heat Treatment Furnace, Metallographic examination instrument, Magnetic particle inspector, Spectrum analysis instrument, Impact test machine, Universal strength tester, Hardness tester, Three Coordinate Measuring Machine, CNC machine center and so on.
